Doreen Albertson Founder & CEO Ms. Albertson has specialized in all facets of conference management since 1984, planning events of up to 2,000+ participants. In addition to business development, marketing, and staff training, she serves as contracts administrator and provides technical guidance on various projects. Ms. Albertson also maintains personal contact with clients with the goal of ensuring quality service.
	Jean Haigler Project Director Ms. Haigler joined Infinity in 1993. She contributes to staff development as well as supervises and consults with internal conference management/ planning teams. She also provides expert conference planning advice to clients and manages all phases of conference logistics, specializing in large medical, international, and federal government conferences.
	Linda Lohneis Associate Project Director Ms. Lohneis joined Infinity in 2000, bringing with her five years of previous experience managing conferences for associations. She supervises and consults with internal conference management/planning teams, as well as provides expert conference planning advice to clients. She manages all phases of conference logistics, specializing in large corporate and federal government conferences.
	Pam Jensen, CMP Senior Conference Manager Ms. Jensen has been with Infinity since 2004 and has 18 years of previous experience in corporate and association meeting planning. She coordinates all aspects of conference logistics and provides management services for both conferences and exhibitions. Her expertise encompasses planning large events and trade shows.
	Erika Chang, CMP Conference Manager Ms. Chang has been with Infinity since 1996 and manages the daily operations of registration services, including database development, online registration installations, and network maintenance.  She also manages logistics for conferences of 1,000+ participants, including implementation and daily management of workplans and budgets.
	Holly Harrington Conference Planner Ms. Harrington joined Infinity in 2002 and provides conference management services for meetings of 20-300+ participants. Her expertise encompasses implementing management plans, developing budgets, conducting site searches, managing travel logistics,  designing Web registration pages, producing conference materials, and managing on-site logistics.  In addition, she supports the senior Conference Management staff on larger events.
	Jill Wetzel Conference Planner Ms. Wetzel joined Infinity in 2002. She works in all aspects of conference registration operations, including bookkeeping, managing manual and online registration for multiple conferences, producing quality conference logistics communications and conference materials, and organizing on-site registration. She also coordinates logistics for small meetings.
	Jeanne Balderson Director, Conference Accounting and Registration Services Ms. Balderson, an Infinity associate since 1993, provides administrative management, including human resources, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and corporate filings. She also directs registration bookkeeping operations and oversees quality assurance.
	Debbie Best Registration Bookkeeper Ms. Best joined Infinity in 2005 to assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank account reconciliation, and to process conference participants' travel expense reimbursement claims. She also provides support to the Registration Services Team.
	Carol Dodson Conference and Registration Services Assistant Ms. Sheehan joined Infinity in 2005 to provide support to the Registration Services department with special emphasis on creating and executing registration reports, data input, and customer service as well as assisting the Conference Management Team.
	Karen Baker Conference Assistant Ms. Baker joined Infinity in 2006 to provide support to the Conference Management Team with special emphasis on coordinating participants' travel logistics; processing travel reimbursements; responding to participants' inquiries; coordinating small meetings, developing online registration pages; assisting with site searches; designing and developing publications in desktop publishing; producing conference materials; and assisting with proofreading.
	Valerie Johnson Conference Assistant Ms. Johnson joined Infinity in 2006 to provide support to the Conference Management Team with special emphasis on coordinating small meetings, including conducting site searches, managing travel logistics,  producing conference materials, and on-site administration; designing and developing publications in desktop publishing; and designing and developing web sites and online registration pages. In addition, Ms. Johnson supports the senior management staff in conducting large meetings.
	Rosa Seminario Conference Assistant Ms. Seminario joined Infinity in 2008 to provide support to the Conference Management Team with special emphasis on developing online registration pages; designing and developing publications in desktop publishing; producing conference materials; coordinating small meetings; and assisting with travel logistics.
	Pat Swanson Conference and Registration Services Assistant Ms. Swanson joined Infinity in 2005 to assist the Registration and Conference Management Teams, providing registration services and other logistical support.
