

Ms. Albertson has specialized in all facets of conference management since 1984, planning events of up to 2,000+ participants. In addition to business development, operations, and staff training, she serves as contracts administrator and provides technical guidance on various projects. Ms. Albertson also maintains personal contact with clients with the goal of ensuring quality service.
Ms. Lohneis joined ICG in 2000, bringing with her five years of previous experience managing conferences for associations. She supervises and consults with internal meeting management planning teams, manages contract deliverables, as well as offering clients conference planning and strategic marketing advice. She manages all phases of conference logistics, specializing in large events for corporations, associations, and the federal government.
Ms. Jensen has been with ICG since 2004 and has 18 years of previous meeting planning experience in meeting planning. In addition to business development and supervising staff, she specializes in contract/project management and managing conference logistics. Her expertise encompasses association management and planning large events and trade shows of10,000+ participants for scientific societies, corporations, associations, and the federal government.
Ms. Perez has been with ICG since 1996 and manages the daily operations of registration services, including database development; installing web site and online registration pages; and network maintenance. A Certified Meeting Professional since 2006, she also manages logistics and staffing for conferences of 1,000+ participants, including creating and implementing work plans and budgets; developing online abstract submission systems; producing conference materials; arranging facilities; and on-site management.
Ms. Harrington joined ICG in 2002 and earned her Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP) designation in 2011. She provides conference management for meetings of 20-600+ participants. Her expertise encompasses creating and implementing management plans; developing and monitoring budgets, conducting site searches; managing travel logistics and reimbursements; coordinating, monitoring, and reporting for Continuing Education/Continuing Medical Education(CE/CME) certification requirements; producing conference materials; and managing on-site logistics.
Ms. Wetzel joined ICG in 2002 and specializes in all aspects of conference planning operations, including site surveys; developing project timelines and budgets; managing registration; coordinating travel logistics and reimbursements; producing quality conference logistics communications and conference materials, coordinating facility arrangements; and organizing on-site registration.
Ms. Balderson, an ICG associate since 1993, provides administrative management, including human resources, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and corporate filings. She also directs registration bookkeeping operations and oversees quality assurance.
Ms. Best joined ICG in 2005 to assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank account reconciliation, and to process registration fees and conference participants' travel expense reimbursement claims. She also provides support to the Registration Services Team.
Ms. Baker joined Infinity in 2006 to provide support to the Conference Management Team with special emphasis on coordinating participants' travel logistics; processing travel reimbursements; responding to participants' inquiries; coordinating small meetings, developing online registration pages; assisting with site searches; designing and developing publications in desktop publishing; producing conference materials; and assisting with proofreading. Ms. Baker serves as additional staff during peak seasons.
Ms. Johnson joined ICG in 2006 to provide support to the Conference Management Team with special emphasis on coordinating small meetings, including conducting site searches, managing travel logistics, producing conference materials, and on-site administration; designing and developing publications in desktop publishing; and designing and developing Web sites and online registration pages. In addition, Ms. Johnson supports the senior management staff in conducting large meetings. Ms. Johnson serves as additional staff during peak seasons.
