Infinity Conference Group, Inc., incorporated in 1991, manages associations’ business and membership operations and has planned hundreds of events nationwide, ranging in size from 20 to 2,000 participants. Infinity serves the government, non-profits, corporate, associations, and international clients. Some of these organizations we work with include the scientific community, which requires additional expertise and attention to detail.

Our Staff

In addition to staffing depth, three quarters of our staff have been employed at Infinity for more than 10 years, offering over 100 years of combined Infinity-supported project management and association management (secretariat services) experience as well as more than 150 years of combined professional expertise.

Infinity’s team has developed and continuously refines systems for optimum efficiency and provides you with professional guidance that protects your time and resources, which permits you to concentrate on your professional priorities while we focus on the details.

Infinity believes in contributing to the staff’s professional growth. During the tenure here they have earned accreditation as Certified Meeting Professionals, Certified Government Meeting Professionals, Certified Diversity Meeting Professionals, and Certified Government Virtual Event Producers. Infinity also encourages work-life balance and many employees are active volunteers of local community organizations and non-profits.
