Doreen Albertson

Ms. Albertson has specialized in all facets of conference management since 1984, planning events of up to 2,000+ participants. Utilizing 23 years of Infinity business and financial operations experience, she also oversees non-profit scientific societies and association management/secretariat services. In addition to business development, operations, and staff training, she serves as contracts administrator and provides technical guidance on various projects. Ms. Albertson also maintains personal contact with clients with the goal of ensuring quality service.

Ayesha Navagamuwa

Ms. Navagamuwa joined Infinity in 2016. She has over 14 years’ experience in program and conference management for government and commercial clients. Ms. Navagamuwa is well-versed in engaging international stakeholders and managing events with significant international participation. She specializes in delivering in-person and virtual events ranging in size from 20 to more than 1,500 participants. 

Linda P. Lohneis

Ms. Lohneis joined Infinity in 2000, bringing with her five years of previous experience managing conferences for associations. She supervises and consults with internal meeting management planning teams, manages contract deliverables, as well as offering clients conference planning and strategic marketing advice. She manages all phases of conference logistics, specializing in large events for corporations, associations, and the federal government. Additionally, Ms. Lohneis provides association management services, which include board meetings and providing minutes.

Holly Harrington

Ms. Harrington joined Infinity in 2002. A Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP) since 2011, she provides conference management for meetings of 20-600+ participants. Her expertise include creating and implementing management plans; developing and monitoring budgets; conducting site searches; managing travel logistics and reimbursements; coordinating, monitoring, and reporting for Continuing Education/Continuing Medical Education(CE/CME) certification requirements; producing conference materials; and managing on-site logistics.


Mr. Bruce joined Infinity in 2016, bringing a wealth of experience in all aspects of conference planning, design and execution. He has worked with a variety of clients over the years, managing logistics and facilitating onsite operations for meetings and conferences ranging from 50 to 9000 participants for private organizations, associations and the federal government. He also handles logistics for Expos and Trade Shows.  


Ms. Stein joined Infinity in 2016 bringing 10+ years of project/program management experience. She provides logistical support, program management, and meeting planning services to federal government clients. Her expertise includes management, scheduling, and facilitation of webinars; management and coordination of scientific working groups; and development of website materials.

Kathleen Berry

Ms. Berry joined Infinity in early 2013 to provide support to the Conference Management Teams with special emphasis on developing online registration and websites; designing and developing graphics and publications; producing conference materials; researching logistical information; coordinating small meetings; assisting with travel logistics; association membership support and secretariat services.


Ms. Cameron joined INFINITY in 2019 and has over ten years of experience in conference planning and event management. She has worked with federal clients, as well as private and corporate organizations on events up to 4000 participants. She specializes in strategic planning; logistics coordination; contract negotiations; registration services; scientific poster sessions; mobile event applications; onsite support; and virtual event management.


Ms. Sterling, a Certified Government Meeting Professional, joined INFINITY in 2019 and has over five years of experience in conference and special event planning. She has worked with government agencies, non-profits, educational agencies, and private organizations on events ranging from 200 to 1000+ participants. She specializes in logistical planning; site selection; speaker coordination; registration; travel logistics; onsite and virtual event management.


Ms. Peters joined Infinity in 2016 and supports the Program Management Team. She works closely with Project Managers to deliver administrative supportive primarily to federal scientific government contracts. Her roles include webinar support, conference call facilitation, schedules and other scientific group management. Her background includes managerial experience, project management training and almost 10 years of administrative support.  


Ms. Grymes joined INFINITY in 2019 and provides support to the conference planning and association management teams. She provides administrative, accounting, customer service and membership management assistance for non-profit societies and associations. She also provides conference support including travel logistics and reimbursements; developing and managing online conference registration and websites; producing and coordinating meeting materials; and onsite event support.


Ms. Curran joined Infinity in early 2018, bringing with her over 15 years of accounting, finance and contract management experience in the Federal Government contracting sector. In addition to corporate administration, she also provides logistics and travel management services; site searches; onsite assistance; and other general meeting support. 


Ms. Lovett joined Infinity in 2016 and serves as an Administrative Assistant. Her projects include corporate accounts receivable, accounts payable bookkeeping, and bank account reconciliation. She also provides support to the Registration Services Team and processes conference participants' travel expense reimbursement claims.
