On the Road with Infinity Conference Group: Six Meetings Across the U.S.!
Wrapping up a busy Summer, Infinity successfully completed activities for these service projects, three of which were held the same week!
- Administration for Children and Families/Office of Family Assistance/Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF) providing conference management and meeting planning, coordination of conference travel, and on-site conference registrations services for the final three Grantee Roundtables with HMRF’s “Ready…Set…Go! Roundtable Technical Assistance Series held in San Diego, California, Louisville, Kentucky, and Atlanta, Georgia.
- Wycliffe Enterprises for a Fall Business Meeting in the Washington metro area, DC, delivering conference planning services including site search, selection and contract negotiations, meeting planning, and coordinating of catering functions, and on-site conference registration services for 120+ business executives from across the country, convening in Arlington, Virginia.
- 5th Annual Meeting of Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) - National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) T32 Trainees in Pediatric Clinical Pharmacology providing program management; meeting planning; conference travel; and on-site conference registration services. The T32 Program was held for new and returning trainees in Bethesda, Maryland. The meeting provided trainees with the opportunity to meet their colleagues in the program, learn about innovative research at other institutions, and hear presentations by world renowned experts in the field of pediatric clinical pharmacology.
- Walter Reed National Military Medical Center’s 6th Annual Pain Care Skills Training, held in San Diego, California, to conduct trainings in both classroom and hands-on settings with pain medicine colleagues and subject matter experts in order to optimize care and explore alternative approaches to pain management within the Department of Defense (DoD). Infinity services included creating the conference-theme logo; event web site design and management; registration design and management; project management; coordinating conference travel, continuing medical education assistance; on-site registration services; material production; presentation coordination; working with medical supply vendors; contracting for turnkey vendor services; on-site conference registrations services and post-conference survey and financial reporting.
