Under an NIH conference planning services blanket purchase agreement, Infinity Conference Group, Inc., received a small business task order award from the NIH’s National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) for a two-day workshop.

The workshop, titled Activating a Neural Network: Admission Strategies to Increase Diverse Neuroscience Trainees (T32/R25), will connect and increase communication between neuroscience undergraduate programs and facilitate a bi-directional sharing of expectations, opportunities and challenges from the perspective of both the feeder and receiver schools.

The Infinity team led by Linda Lohneis, Project Director, is providing services that include project management; coordinating speaker travel and processing expense reimbursements; facilities and space arrangements; sleeping room block management; scientific notetaking; material production; on-site registration services; and post-conference reporting.

Infinity Conference Group, Inc. (ICG), a woman-owned small business incorporated in 1991, has planned hundreds of successful events nationwide, ranging in size from 20 - 2,000 participants.
