Conference Planners at Infinity Conference Group Busy Providing NIH Event Management Services and More

Under an NIH conference planning services blanket purchase agreement, INFINITY, provided conference management services for two task order awards.
- NIAAA’s one day Interagency Coordinating Council to Prevent Underage Drinking required Infinity Conference Planners to coordinate conference travel, process meeting expense claims, and provide post-conference reporting for guest presenting scientists. The Infinity conference planning team included Doreen Albertson, Gaye Freese, and Laura Montgomery-Richer.
- NCI’s two day First F99 Fellows Meeting involved Infinity’s Conference Planners to provide project management; hotel site search; poster abstract session management; on-sight registration services; material production; and post-conference reporting. Implementing this project, the Infinity team included Linda Lohneis, Holly Harrington and Gaye Freese.
Ayesha Navagamuwa, Deborah Stein and Emily Peters make up the Infinity project and conference planning team that scheduled, coordinated, and facilitated several lectures and webinars for the Obstetric and Pediatric Pharmacology and Therapeutics Branch of NICHD. These presentations feature speakers from NIH, FDA, and academic institutions throughout the country:
ISOA contracted with INFINITY to provide Social Media meeting marketing services for their February Changing of the Guard event.
Another annual event involved Doreen Albertson, Founder & CEO, and Erika Perez, CMP, Associate Project Director, assisting a client on-site at the Hilton LAX coordinating hotel arrangements and providing travel support for their trainees.
Three of our non-profit association management company (AMC) clients are active and continue to keep our non-profit management staff (led by Doreen Albertson, Pam Jensen, Kathy Berry, and Gaye Freese) on our toes with exciting projects and growth in mind. We are grateful for the work. We are grateful to be of service. We hope and pray that our clients and Infinity will continue to thrive in the public health and environment arena.
