Debbie Best, Administrative Manager at Infinity Conference Group, is retiring after celebrating 13 years with Infinity Conference Group (ICG). “Debbie contributed lots of positive energy to our team and all of us will miss her,” according to Doreen Albertson, ICG’s Founder and CEO.

In 2005, Debbie was hired to assist Infinity’s Administrative and Human Resources Director and help with accounts receivable and accounts payable. Over the years, Debbie took on additional duties, learned federal government travel regulations, processed reimbursement claims, and managed client’s conference bank accounts that involved collecting registration fees and monthly financial reporting. Debbie is succeeded by Donna Lovett, who came on board over a year ago to job share with Debbie. This enabled a seamless transfer of operations. Jeanne Balderson, Administrative Director, said, “Debbie took great pride in making sure no stone was unturned while training others, which helped all of us get through this transition, although she will be sorely missed on a personal level.”
