This Fall, Infinity Conference Group’s Conference Planning staff has been hard at work coordinating two events under a contract with the Department of Defense (DoD).

Walter Reed National Military Medical Center’s 8th Annual Pain Care Skills Training, held at the United States Air Force Academy, just north of Colorado Springs, Colorado, to conduct trainings in both classroom and hands-on settings with pain medicine colleagues and subject matter experts in order to optimize care and explore alternative approaches to pain management within the Department of Defense (DoD).

National Capital Region 2nd Annual Substance Use Disorder Symposium: Promoting Recovery through Compassionate Care! held at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland.  This Symposium, presented by the National Capital Region Medical Directorate and hosted by the National Capital Region Pain Initiative, is dedicated to help clinicians, and healthcare teams prevent, identify, and treat substance use disorders of both prescription, nonprescription opioids and other substances.

Infinity services included creating the conference-theme logo; event web site design and management; registration design and management; project management; arranging speaker travel; continuing medical education assistance; online registration; material production; presentation coordination; working with medical supply vendors; contracting for turnkey vendor services;  on-site conference registrations services and post-conference survey; and financial reporting for over 500 registrants.
