The Infinity Conference Group, Inc. team continues to actively monitor the current international and domestic environment for coronavirus-related information and updates plans accordingly.

Prior to our state’s official Stay at Home Order, Infinity shifted from the office environment to staff working from home. As a small business in the meeting planning and conference logistics industry the impact of the virus, as with so many companies like ours, is difficult. We are collaborating with our Federal Government, Association and Society partners to lead the way in transferring in-person gatherings to virtual meetings. FaceTime and Duo calls with clients, Zoom meetings, Adobe Connect webinars, webcasting of conferences and trainings are now the methods for continuing the important work of our clients.

Infinity is dedicated to keeping our team safe and healthy as the virus impacts each of us in different ways. This pandemic has disrupted our daily lives, but it will not beat us.
