March 6,  2015 – Infinity Conference Group, an award-winning national conference planning and association management services firm located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, is pleased to announce the career advancements of team members Pam Jensen and Holly Harrington. 

Pamela Jensen joined Infinity in 2004, bringing with her 25 years of previous conference planning and association management expertise, working for non-profit organizations with up to 8,000 members and planning large trade shows for 10,000+ participants. During her tenure at Infinity Pam has risen from Conference and Exhibit Manager, to Senior Conference Manager, to Project Director/Account Manager and now adds Director of Membership Services to her title. In addition to continuing to serve as a Project Director for Conference Management Services, Pam skillfully manages Infinity’s Association Membership Services Department and serves as the Board Liaison to the International Society of Exposure Science (ISES).  As Infinity expands its services in non-profit association management, this promotion recognizes Pam’s additional responsibilities in the Membership Services Department for Infinity’s newest client, the International Society of Environmental Epidemiology (ISEE).  She will oversee the migration of data to a vetted on-line membership system for ISEE; ensure daily membership operations for both ISES and ISEE; manage various membership renewal cycles, and assist our clients with membership promotion.  

Holly Harrington photoHolly Harrington, CGMP, joined Infinity in 2002, after 7 years in the customer service field, to provide conference registration support services. She was quickly promoted to Conference Assistant, to Conference Planner, to Conference Manager, and now as an Infinity's Associate Project Director. Holly’s current promotion recognizes her additional efforts in the corporate Social Media/Marketing area as well as increasing responsibilities as a client account manager and overseeing larger team projects. She recently successfully provided conference management services for a White House Rural Health Council Conference involving 600 high profile participants. She continues to serve clients as a Conference Manager, which includes project management; budget development; site selection; communications; overseeing online registration services; producing conference materials; and providing on-site conference management.
