July 31, 2015 - Infinity Conference Group, Inc., has been awarded a contract with National Institutes of Health (NIH) to provide meeting planning services for the 14th American Neurological Association (ANA)/National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) Career Development Workshop, September 25-26, 2015, in Chicago, IL.

Infinity services will include project management; meeting budget planning; coordinating conference travel for faculty and processing their meeting expense claims; and post-conference reporting. Holly Harrington, Associate Project Director, will be spearheading this effort with conference assistant, Jessica Scrimshire.

Infinity recently completed conference planning services for the 10th Annual NIH Pain Consortium Symposium that was held at the NIH Natcher Conference Center in May 2015.

Doreen Albertson, Infinity’s CEO, stated, “Providing meeting planning support to NIH agencies is a strong fit for us as Infinity specializes in scientific conferences and health-related government meetings. In addition, this type of meeting planning correlates with our corporate values to work with organizations who make a positive impact, which in this case, provides educational experiences that encourage students on the path towards filling a critical need in our country for rising neurological scientists."
