November 6, 2015 - This Fall, Infinity Conference Group, Inc., received two contract awards from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) to provide meeting planning and travel logistics services.

Infinity services include project management; meeting budget planning; hotel site search for guest speaker; coordinating conference travel for faculty and processing their meeting expense claims; and post-conference reporting. To implement these projects, the Infinity team includes Linda Lohneis, Project Director, Holly Harrington, Associate Project Director, and Debbie Best, Travel Logistics Coordinator.

Doreen Albertson, Infinity’s CEO, stated, “Our NIH BPA for conference services and conference staffing depth allows us to respond to event support services requirements on short notice and we are pleased to be able to step in to assist NIAAA on these two NIH events.
