For over 20 years we have provided logistical and onsite conference support to Circle Solutions, Inc. (Circle) for their Department of Justice (DOJ) and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) clients.

This summer we continue to support Circle by providing meeting planning and conference management to the Office of Sex Offender Sentencing, Monitoring, Apprehending, Registering, and Tracking (SMART) for their 2016 National Symposium on Sex Offender Management and Accountability on July 26-27, 2016 in Kansas City; bringing together professionals who are working to manage sex offenders and prevent sexual violence. This Symposium is a chance for those professionals to exchange ideas, learn about new emerging tools and projects, and network with others in the field.

Over the summer we will also be supporting Circle’s Administration for Children and Families/Office of Family Assistance/Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF) contract, assisting and managing 6 regional Grantee Roundtable Meetings, July through September in Dallas, St. Louis, Jacksonville, San Diego, Louisville, and Atlanta.

The HMRF’s “Ready…Set…Go!” Roundtable Technical Assistance Series is designed to help grantees integrate evidence-informed and evidence-based knowledge and practices to support effective early implementation of healthy marriage and responsible fatherhood programs.

In addition to onsite meetings services; Infinity Conference Group will support Circle and our client with their new webinar series, HMRF Project Sustainability, to enhance grantee’s ability to manage program services effectively. The HMRF Project Sustainability Series: Setting Apart the Leaders from the Misleaders is designed to help develop effective approaches to: strengthen and distinguish superior leadership; leverage assets for sustainability planning; brand projects effectively; and, overall, make clear grantee’s investment-worthiness for increased support. The series began in May and will go through September.
