March 3, 2016 - Under a conference planning services blanket purchase agreement with the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Infinity Conference Group, Inc., received three separate conference logistics small business task order awards for several upcoming spring meetings.

The agencies needing meeting logistics support include the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), and the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI). Preparations are swiftly underway to coordinate meeting facility details, manage travel logistics, and provide registration services. Other Infinity tasks include project management; meeting budget planning; housing arrangements, producing meeting materials; processing travel reimbursement claims, and post-conference reporting. The Infinity team includes Linda Lohneis, Project Director; Erika Perez and Holly Harrington, Associate Project Directors; and Debbie Best, Administrative Manager.
